Our strategic programming in each of our one-hour classes focuses on all of the different elements that make up CrossFit. Each class encompasses gymnastics, weightlifting, conditioning and much more. The class atmosphere forges a camaraderie, which urges athletes to push themselves to the limit while having fun with others. Our focus is always on form and safety, and our coaches work to ensure that everyone gets the proper attention and coaching. The programming at the gym always ensures that we are keeping things fresh and pushing ourselves to the limit with every WOD.
