This is where the magic happens. Our strategic programming in each of our one-hour classes focuses on all of the different elements that make up CrossFit. Each class encompasses gymnastics, weightlifting, conditioning and much more. The class atmosphere forges a camaraderie, which urges athletes to push themselves to the limit while having fun with others. Our focus is always on form and safety, and our coaches work to ensure that everyone gets the proper attention and coaching. The programming at the gym always ensures that we are keeping things fresh and pushing ourselves to the limit with every WOD.
Elements is our three week program which teaches the fundamentals of CrossFit. Whether you are just starting CrossFit or need a refresher, our smaller classes allow our coaches a more hands-on environment to teach and emphasize on proper form and technique. Each class is an hour long and begins with instruction on the basics, ending with a workout that will push your limits and prepare you for the WODs that are ahead. At the end of elements you will progress with new skills and confidence as you enter our CrossFit classes.
We offer a Corporate Group three-week program which teaches the fundamentals of CrossFit. Here at the CrossFit Combine, we understand the importance of repairing the body and increasing mobility. Restorative yoga helps to speed up the body’s natural healing process by helping it restore, rebuild, and replenish the body after it has been broken down during our daily WODs. Our restorative yoga classes focus on body awareness, openness, and tension release. We tend to do more floor postures and hold them for longer periods of time in order to allow our body to release into the postures completely. With the deep stretches, we get into the connective tissue, and you will find that your body feels more light and open. By the end of class, you will feel rejuvenated, restored and ready to take on your next WOD!

For those that would like a little more attention than group training classes, we do offer personal training packages. These sessions stay true to the CrossFit methodology, because of the results that CrossFit brings. However, the program can be more customized to suit your needs and goals. Open gym is open to all of our active members, whenever there isn’t a class in session. Open gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes to come in and work on skill and technique, or make up a missed workout on their own.
