10 push-ups

9 dumbbell snatches, left arm

50-lb/35-lb dumbbells

Running WOD

Warm Up

3 Rounds

20 High Knees

20 Butt Kickers

20 Leg Swings

5 Squats

5x 100m @ 50 % ( Rest 30 Sec Between Efforts )

4x 100m @ 70 % ( Rest 1 Min Between Efforts )

3x 100m @ 80 % ( Rest as needed Between Efforts )

Then

1000m Cool down run

Stretch for 10 Min
