My first time ever doing CrossFit. Love the staff and other members! They take the time to make sure you are doing each workout correctly and will scale it back if you’re having trouble. I love how everyone helps each other and cheers you on.

I have been a member here at the CrossFit combine for a year. Best choice I’ve ever made to take a chance at CrossFit. The coaches are the best! And I absolutely love all the members. It’s hard to not bound with everyone when you all go through the same tough workouts everyday. I can’t picture myself giving up CrossFit or this box. I’ve lost weight and I’m doing things I thought never possible, thanks to the great coaching and members for pushing me everyday! I would highly recommend giving this place a chance. The first day I tried it, I was hooked. Fell in love with it and I can’t wait to continue on this journey of fitness and health. It’s the most fun I’ve had in my life.

Popped in for a last min work out on a weekend. Coaches were so friendly and welcoming! Felt like an athlete in their home right away. One of the coaches programmed me some active recovery to prepare for the open WOD the following day. A girl coach talked me through their schedules and gave me a shirt along with paying for my visit. The gym was spotless and so well-kept. The energy in the gym was nothing short of amazing. Came back the following day for 17.2, everyone was rooting, supporting, and motivating each other. It was such a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone. The coaches were very helpful, gave great pointers, and helped me warm up the right way. It’s an awesome gym I would recommend it to anyone!

I will never go back to a traditional gym! Something magical happens when you workout and “suffer” with a close group of people everyday. I love being fit and I love working out now thanks to The CrossFit Combine, but honestly I go back everyday for the amazing people/coaches more than the workout. CrossFit is group personal training. Everyone does the same thing, you just scale it to your abilities. If the workout requires you to do pull-ups and you can’t do pull-ups yet, there are many ways to scale pull-ups, such as ring rows, or band assisted pull-ups. If you don’t think you can do it, the coaches have a way for you to scale it. The point is, everyone is still doing the same workout and you tough through it together. You will not find a more amazing group of people or more dedicated coaches! Safety and proper form are their number 1 priority!

I have been doing CrossFit for over 6 years and have been working out The CrossFit Combine for the last 3 years. I would have to say the reason I’ve been with this “box” for so long is the quality of their coaches. While most CrossFit gyms will say they want you to get better, stronger and faster, CrossFit Combine really practices what it preaches. From day 1, I noticed that there is a lot of time focussing on proper warm ups to ensure you can successfully execute all the movements that will be required in the daily WOD. This may seem like a fundamental requirement with all CrossFit gyms but I’ve found that it wasn’t the case. Prior to joining the CrossFit Combine, I found myself getting injured working out at other gyms. There was not a lot of time spent properly warming up, working on mobility or improving techniques. This eventually led to multiple injuries for myself. At the CrossFit Combine, I’ve personally witnessed our coaches instruct other members to “scale” a movement or even remove weight from a barbell prior to starting the WOD. The coaches want you to get stronger and faster….but in a responsible manner (…)
